Air Peace has announced the introduction of a refined boarding process designed to deliver a more seamless, convenient, and professional travel experience for its passengers.

Under the new boarding structure, priority will be given in the following order: military personnel, passengers with wheelchairs or special needs, and business class travelers.

This initiative is part of the airline’s broader commitment to improving operational efficiency while fostering a culture of care, respect, and professionalism.

“At Air Peace, we understand that time and comfort are essential to our passengers,” said Dr. Allen

Onyema, Chairman and CEO of Air Peace. “Our new boarding policy is structured to minimise congestion, improve order, and ensure that every journey begins with ease and dignity.”

Dr. Onyema emphasized that the revised arrangement reflects the airline’s inclusive approach to service delivery.

“By prioritising military personnel and individuals with mobility challenges, we are expressing our deep respect for service and accessibility. In the same spirit, business class passengers will enjoy faster boarding in line with the premium experience they deserve.”

The boarding enhancement is part of a broader transformation aimed at redefining the passenger journey and elevating service standards at every touchpoint from check-in to arrival.

Air Peace continues to invest in innovations that enhance customer satisfaction and operational excellence.

As West and Central Africa’s largest carrier, Air Peace operates an extensive network of domestic, regional, and international routes, with a steadfast commitment to safety, hospitality, and world-class service.

The airline is also actively expanding its global footprint, reinforcing Nigeria’s role in international aviation.
