Green Africa Airlines has introduced gChat, an innovative chatbot designed to redefine customer service by offering seamless self-service options and instant access to personalized assistance.
Chioma Nwafor, Manager of Customer Care and Quality Assurance at Green Africa in a statement noted that as the first chatbot launched by a Nigerian airline, gChat marks a significant technological advancement in the country’s aviation sector.
Saying It reflects Green Africa’s commitment to enhancing customer experience through cutting-edge digital solutions that ensure efficient, round-the-clock support.
The chatbot according to her is now live 24/7 on the airline’s official website, greenafrica.com, providing travelers with instant responses to inquiries, booking assistance, and real-time customer support from Green Africa’s dedicated gCare specialists.
Nwafor, stressed that customer-centric approach was the driving force behind the development of gChat.
Her words; “At Green Africa, our customers are at the heart of everything we do. We are constantly exploring innovative ways to enhance their experience and address their concerns promptly”.
“The introduction of gChat is a testament to our commitment to providing exceptional service and ensuring customer satisfaction.
“The chatbot is designed to simplify travel interactions, offering customers instant updates on flight schedules, assistance with flight changes and cancellations, and general inquiries without the need for long wait times,” she stated
By integrating artificial intelligence-driven solutions, Nwafor noted that Green Africa aims to make air travel more accessible, convenient, and stress-free for passengers across Nigeria.
She further hinted that Green Africa currently operates from its hubs in Lagos and Abuja, offering flights to key destinations, including Ibadan, Akure, Benin, Owerri, Ilorin, Enugu, and Port Harcourt.
