In a move aimed at fortifying its operations and corporate management, United Nigeria Airlines (UNA) has appointed Professor Madubuko Tochukwu Victor as a Director on its Board, effective January 1, 2026.

The airline in a statement said the appointment was approved at the Extraordinary General Meeting held on December 30, 2025.

It added that Professor  Victor’s absorption into the board highlights the carrier’s efforts to strengthen corporate governance, deepen strategic leadership capacity and support its expansion programme.

Professor Victor, according to the statement, is a seasoned global executive with more than 20 years of experience driving organisational growth across entrepreneurship, international business, education, and public service.

He is the Chief Executive Officer of Chilanna Holdings LLC in Miami, Chairman of The Moonshine Contractors Limited, and Managing Partner of CareerNation, a U.S.-based human capital consulting firm operating across multiple states.

He holds a Master’s degree in Management from The New School and a Bachelor’s degree in International Law from the Peoples’ Friendship University of Russia, and is certified as a Senior Human Resources Professional (SHRM-SCP) and a Registered Organization Development Consultant.

Professor Victor brings extensive international and cross-cultural expertise to the Board.
